One option in local rabies law is to allow a rabies wavier. The public often thinks that rabies waviers are not allowed or is not aware of it because animal care and control and local vets say nothing. This is a requrest to see if anyone can find and post a local rabies law that specifically excludes rabies waviers. If waviers are not allowed the question
Who takes the liability vaccinating unhealthy animals?
needs to be answered.
